Ice cream

We do not use eggs in most of our ice cream, but ice cream consist diary.

Flavours under the sorbet category does not contain any eggs or diary.

Customisation for diary free ice cream is available. Please email to customise.

Ice cream will be packed either in Scoopz cooler bag or foam box depending on quantity.

Additional dry ice and foam box is available for purchase in the check-out option.

Please store all ice cream in a freezer(-18°C).

Our ice cream can be kept best before 2 months, on condition assuming that product is store correctly in a freezer(-18°C).


Some of our cookies are eggless.

Our cookie, Ah ma Almond and Low Sugar Almond, do not contain eggs and diary.

Please store all cookies under room temperature, without direct sunlight

There is an expiration date labelled under the cookie bottle. Please refer to the label.


Deliveries are made only from Tuesdays to Sunday, excluding Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.

The minimum order required for delivery would be $30, with a delivery charge of $8. 

Free delivery for purchase of $58 and above.

There is a extra $5 charge for special location delivery.

Special location: CBD area, Tuas, Sentosa

Yes, there is a $10 charge for express delivery. There will be an additional $5 charge for special location.

Please contact us and provide us your order confirmation number.

Changes with regards to your delivery must be made at least 2 business day notice prior to your delivery date.

We will schedule another delivery. However there will be additional delivery charges in the case of a third delivery.


We appreciate that all customer (or third party representing you) check the completeness of their order when delivered. We are unable to exchange, return or refund once order had been received and signed when delivered.

Any cancellation or changes with regards to your order must be made with at least 2 business days’ notice from the date order is purchased.

Should you have any dissatisfaction with regards to your order, you may whatsapp 90688178 or email to discuss. For food safety reason, should there be any fault with regards to your order, exchange, return or refund is only available within 3 days from the date your items are delivered.
